What is SonoPlatform?

SonoPlatform is our new, enhanced platform designed to streamline processes and provide a better user experience for our clients and their candidates.

Why is my account being moved?

We are transitioning customers from our legacy system to SonoPlatform to offer improved features, increased efficiency, and a more user-friendly experience.

While our old system has helped fund billions, it’s time for an update, and the system is set to be retired in early 2025.

What will happen to my information during the transition?

Your account information and all data relevant to live or pending placements will be securely transferred to SonoPlatform, ensuring nothing is lost in the process. However, please note that historical data will not be migrated; it can be exported from the legacy platform if needed as access will remain for 30 days after transfer.

What changes can I expect on SonoPlatform?

You will notice an updated interface and improved functionalities. While the core processes remain consistent, the platform aims to enhance usability and performance. Here are some specific features to look forward to:

  • Streamlined User Interface: The new design offers a more intuitive layout, making it easier for users to navigate and access the tools they need quickly.

  • Placements done your way: Enjoy unrivalled flexibility when adding placements. The linear flow of previous systems is gone, offering flexibility to both you, your clients and your candidates.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the move?

There is no action required on your part. We will automatically transition your account, and you will receive instructions on how to access the new platform.

What about the timesheet application?

Candidates will need to use a new URL to access the timesheet application on SonoPlatform. The communication they receive will be updated to reflect this and they will be notified in the timesheet app.

How will I be notified about the transition?

We will keep you informed through emails and in-app updates. You will receive all necessary information about the transition schedule and any new functionalities.

Will my login details change?

Yes, you will receive new login credentials along with instructions on how to access SonoPlatform once your account has been migrated.

What should I do if I encounter issues with SonoPlatform?

Great support is at the heart of everything we do, and SonoPlatform has this built into its core. If you encounter any issues or have questions, you can access our support directly within the app for rapid assistance.
